




Job Summary: Professional responsible for programming, testing, and validating industrial automation systems, developing control logic, integrating devices, and optimizing and documenting processes. Preparation of technical documentation and maintenance support **Job Responsibilities** * Program, test, and validate industrial automation systems using PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, among others). * Develop control logic, interlocks, and operational sequences for machines and processes. * Integrate field devices, including sensors, actuators, frequency inverters, and HMIs. * Perform adjustments and optimizations on existing programs to ensure continuous process improvement. * Prepare comprehensive technical documentation: diagrams, I/O lists, operating instructions, and test records. * Participate in commissioning and start-up of automated machines and systems. * Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and applicable automation requirements. * Provide technical support to maintenance, production, and other involved departments. **Job RequirementsEducation** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields. **Experience** * PLC and HMI programming experience. * Knowledge of industrial networks such as Profibus, Ethernet/IP, and Profinet. **Knowledge** * Development and programming software (TIA Portal, RSLogix, CX-Programmer, among others). * Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and automation schematics. **Skills** * Analytical ability and strong problem-solving skills. * Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity and results orientation. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. * Attention to detail and commitment to technical quality. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in automation applied to ultrasonic processes or complex industrial lines. * Technical English proficiency for reading manuals, specifications, and international documentation.
