Job Summary: This professional will assist the Engineer in various construction activities, managing materials, teams, and monitoring subcontractor schedules and services. Key Highlights: 1. Direct assistance to the Engineer in essential construction activities 2. Material management and supervision of teams and subcontractors 3. Participation in meetings with clients and distribution of scheduling Assists the Engineer in measurement closing, quantity surveying, daily construction logs, photographic reports, and other tasks assigned by the Engineer. Responsible for verifying and requesting materials required for the project, checking labor workforce charts, and coordinating hiring or termination requests with HR. Monitors and measures services provided by subcontracted contractors; tracks the project schedule defined by the organization; responsible for distributing activity schedules to the General Construction Supervisor, participating in client meetings, and performing other related duties.
