Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineering Assistant to support field activities, monitor service execution, and manage administrative routines on infrastructure construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Daily routine monitoring and support in construction schedule control. 2. Assistance in organizing supplies, accommodation, and logistics. 3. Support to the technical supervisor in defining and monitoring activities. Position: Construction Assistant **Area:** Construction / Infrastructure **Job Description** We are looking for an **Engineering Assistant** to support field activities, monitor service execution, and manage administrative routines on infrastructure construction sites. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor daily site operations * Support physical and financial schedule control * Prepare and update daily construction reports * Assist in organizing supplies, accommodation, and logistics * Support the technical supervisor in defining and monitoring daily activities * Support headquarters administrative routines * Define daily tasks jointly with the site foreman and under guidance of the technical supervisor * Liaise with the client (Municipality/Autarchies) **Requirements** * Prior experience in retaining wall, drainage, and earthwork projects is desirable * Field experience on **construction sites** * Proficiency in **Excel and Word** * Basic knowledge of **construction schedule control** * Willingness to relocate to Juiz de Fora and undertake occasional travel * Driver's license category B **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience or knowledge in **geotechnics** * Previous involvement in retaining wall projects **Behavioral Profile** * Strong communication skills * Organized and responsible * Proactive and motivated * Team-oriented * Quick learner **Benefits** * (Meal allowance, food voucher, life insurance, individual accommodation, reimbursed every 3 months) * Bonus opportunity upon schedule compliance Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.500,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
