Job Summary: This entry-level Toolmaking position offers the opportunity to support the manufacturing, assembly, and adjustment of tools while learning machining and technical drawing interpretation. Support in the manufacturing and maintenance of tools and fixtures. **Job: Beginner in Toolmaking** **Job Responsibilities** * Support the manufacturing, assembly, and adjustment of tools and fixtures under the direct supervisor's guidance. * Assist in wood or PU resin modeling using manual tools and process-specific machinery. * Perform basic machining and manual adjustment tasks, such as filing, roughing, polishing, and minor finishing of parts. * Contribute to cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the workbench, tools, equipment, and workspace. * Progressively develop the ability to interpret technical drawings and accurately use measuring instruments. * Strictly comply with safety, quality, and environmental protection standards. * Assist in performing simple preventive maintenance on tools and fixtures. **Job RequirementsEducation** * Completed high school education. * **Preferred:** Basic or Technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Toolmaking, or related fields (completed or in progress). **Experience** * Prior experience is not required. * Industrial environment experience is a plus. **Knowledge** * Basic understanding of reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Familiarity with measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. **Behavioral Competencies** * Strong willingness to learn and advance professionally. * Attention to detail and good organizational skills. * Effective communication and ability to work well in a team. * Responsibility and commitment to safety and quality standards.
