Monitor service-level agreement (SLA) compliance to ensure adherence to agreed-upon response and resolution timeframes with clients. Perform duties typical of a Technical Support Analyst role. On-site work required in Belo Horizonte / MG. Prior experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Technical Support Technician, Help Desk Analyst, or Support Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
