Create a welcoming and stimulating learning environment **IT Instructor – Horizonte Cursos** We are looking for an IT Instructor who goes beyond the classroom: someone who teaches, engages, and actively contributes to our students’ retention and academic progression. If you are passionate about technology, enjoy teaching, and possess strong interpersonal skills to connect with and motivate people to continue their studies, this opportunity is for you! **Main responsibilities:** * Deliver theoretical and practical classes in the field of Information Technology; * Promote student engagement and motivation in class; * Monitor individual student progress and encourage course continuation (re-enrollment); * Identify students at risk of dropping out and implement preventive actions; * Create a welcoming and stimulating learning environment, strengthening student relationships; * Support internal initiatives focused on re-enrollment and retention; * Assist with basic IT needs at the unit; * Participate in institutional pedagogical activities and projects. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (enrollment in or completion of a technical or undergraduate program in IT is a plus); * Strong teaching and communication skills; * Interpersonal profile, with focus on student engagement and retention; * Proficiency in information technology; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Interest in working with goals and results. **What we offer:** * CLT employment contract; * Fixed salary; * Transportation allowance; * Dental plan; * Performance bonus (focused on re-enrollment and retention); * Tuition assistance; * Genuine growth opportunities; * Collaborative and supportive work environment; * Recognition awards. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
