Job Summary: Work as a Computer Science Instructor and Monitor for interactive courses, performing device maintenance, network and file management, as well as supporting various IT and communication activities. Managing LAN/WAN networks and supporting communication activities **Education:** Technical degree in Computer Science or Computer Networking **Experience:** Prior experience in the field is desirable. **Responsibilities:** ▪ Computer Science Instructor; ▪ Course Monitor for the Professional Development Program's interactive courses; ▪ Performing preventive and corrective maintenance of devices (computers, monitors, printers, projectors) and installing software; ▪ Supporting equipment verification for TVs, turnstiles, and security cameras; ▪ Managing LAN and WAN networks; ▪ Managing files, backups, and their sharing; ▪ Supporting social media video recordings; ▪ Assisting with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software usage; ▪ Supporting simple graphic design tasks.
