Our Internship Program was created for much more than simply filling positions: it develops talent with a solid foundation, forward-looking vision, and direct connection to the real challenges of the energy industry. Here, interns take ownership of their own journey, supported by close mentorship and development paths that go beyond technical skills — preparing them for the market, for innovation, and for TSEA’s future. **Responsibilities:** * Designing and maintaining dashboards, performing data modeling, and establishing relationships among different tables; * Cleaning and organizing large volumes of data (primarily using advanced Excel), ensuring standardization across different sources; * Interpreting operational and industrial indicators to identify deviations or opportunities for improvement; * Developing complex measures using DAX language to generate performance indicators. **Requirements:** ----------------- **Minimum Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program starting from the 3rd or 4th semester (with strong mathematical foundation and affinity for data) in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Control and Automation Engineering; * Availability to intern for 30 hours per week. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Power BI is mandatory; * Basic SQL is mandatory; * Advanced Excel is desirable; * Understanding of operational and industrial indicators is desirable.
