Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide customer service and sales at the counter and via WhatsApp, manage orders from delivery apps, and support department routines. Key Highlights: 1. Support for general department activities **Industry:** Snack and dessert manufacturing facility **Location:** Funcionários / Eldorado neighborhoods – Contagem/MG **Employment type:** Full-time permanent CLT contract We are looking for a professional to handle **customer service and sales**, both at the counter and via WhatsApp, as well as monitor delivery app orders and support department routines. We seek a communicative, organized, and responsive individual. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide customer service at the counter and via WhatsApp; * Receive, organize, and manage delivery app orders; * Support sales activities and guide customers on products; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Assist with general department tasks as needed. **Required Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Basic knowledge of social media (WhatsApp); * Experience with systems (order entry/order tracking); * Prior experience in **sales and customer service**. **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 11:30 AM to 8:06 PM * **Saturday:** 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM **Compensation and Benefits** * **Salary:** R$ 1,800.00 + bonus * **Transportation allowance** * **Meal allowance:** R$ 300.00 * **TotalPass** * **On-site snack** **Desired Profile** * Strong communication skills and friendliness in customer interactions; * Responsiveness and organizational ability; * Commitment and accountability; * Ability to work effectively in a team.
