




Job Summary: The professional will handle customer and resident service, draft official communications, prepare notices, and provide administrative support to condominium management. Direct support to condominium management and administrative routines **Main Responsibilities** * Customer, syndic, and resident service via **phone, WhatsApp, and in-person**; * Drafting of official announcements, minutes, and administrative documents; * Preparation, issuance, and delivery of **notices, warnings, and condominium fines**, in compliance with the Condominium Bylaws, Internal Regulations, and Civil Code; * Analysis of incidents and tracking of repeat offenses; * Issuance of **Call-for-Meeting Notices** and administrative support for condominium assemblies; * Organization of documents and administrative records; * Tracking of deadlines and disciplinary history per unit; * Direct support to condominium management and internal administrative routines. **Requirements** * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, Word, Internet, and Email); * Knowledge and experience with **electronic spreadsheets**; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and administrative responsibility; * Interpersonal skills and public service orientation. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with condominium operations; * Basic knowledge of condominium legislation; * **Driver's License Category B** (desirable). **Behavioral Competencies** ✔ Professional and ethical conduct ✔ Analytical ability and organizational sense ✔ Proactivity and commitment to results Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.758,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Microsoft Excel (Mandatory) * Administration (Mandatory) * Writing (Mandatory) * Customer Service (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
