Garment Assistant

**Position open to men and women** We are looking for a Production Assistant to work in our garment manufacturing facility. This professional will be responsible for supporting production activities, ensuring and directly contributing to production quality. **Main responsibilities:** * Trim loose threads and remove residues from garments after sewing; * Ensure garments are clean and ready for the next stage; * Use iron or press according to fabric type; * Inspect finished garments, identifying possible defects; * Check seams, finishes, buttons, zippers and other details; * Separate and record items requiring rework; * Ensure only flawless garments proceed to packaging or shipment; * Prepare and organize fabrics for the cutting process; * Operate machinery, if skilled. **Requirements:** * Careful, patient, and detail-oriented; * Committed to deadlines and quality; * Willingness to learn and follow instructions. **Preferred qualifications:** * Previous experience in clothing manufacturing, uniforms, or similar production environments; * Ability to operate sewing machines.
