Pay attention to details and have good motor coordination. **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Production Assistant** to work in the **garment manufacturing** sector, supporting activities throughout the clothing and textile production process. **Responsibilities:** * Sort and organize materials and supplies for production; * Assist in assembling and finishing parts; * Supply sewing machines with required materials; * Assist in quality inspection of finished garments; * Fold, package, and label completed products; * Support tailors and operators in departmental tasks; * Keep the workplace clean and organized, following safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school education preferred); * Ability to work well in a team; * Attention to detail and good motor coordination; * Availability to work during standard business hours; * Prior experience in garment manufacturing is a plus (not mandatory). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with fabrics, cutting, sewing, or pressing; * Agility and proactivity. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * 5% attendance bonus * Flash Card Monday to Friday, working hours to be arranged.
