We seek a professional who is analytical, organized, and possesses strong business acumen. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor the company's budget and forecast; * Analyze financial results, variances, and performance indicators; * Support monthly managerial and accounting closings; * Develop and monitor managerial reports (Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, KPIs, etc.); * Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and internal controls; * Support the development of controller area policies and routines; * Provide financial and strategic analysis support to other departments; * Monitor costs, expenses, and margins, proposing profitability improvements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in controller, finance, or accounting functions; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. **Preferred Qualifications:** * ERP experience (Sankhya preferred); * Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools; * Familiarity with financial modeling and performance indicators. **What We Offer:** * Collaborative and growing work environment; * Opportunities for professional development; * Market-competitive remuneration. **Work Location** Contagem - On-site Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
