Key Responsibilities: * Lead the team, ensuring productivity, quality, and a healthy organizational climate. * Monitor and control performance indicators (COGS, OPEX, sales, delivery time, customer satisfaction). * Ensure adherence to technical specifications and operational standards. * Manage inventory, procurement, and goods receipt. * Prepare work schedules, conduct training, and perform team performance evaluations. * Handle operational problem resolution and customer complaint handling. * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and safety regulations.
