Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Coordinator to manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously, ensuring technical standards, leadership, and communication with the executive board. We are looking for a **Construction Coordinator** to oversee the simultaneous management of commercial projects across different states in the country, monitoring planning, physical progress, and financial performance; supporting field engineers; and ensuring technical execution standards. This role requires active on-site presence, risk awareness, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain predictable operational continuity — reporting directly to the executive board and serving as the liaison between strategy and field operations. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Manage 3 to 5 construction projects simultaneously (initially approximately 3\); * Plan and monitor project schedules and key milestones; * Conduct periodic site visits according to schedule; * Monitor deadlines, costs, risks, and deviations; * Provide technical and managerial support to site engineers; * Support the hiring of specialized labor; * Ensure the construction company’s technical and execution standards; * Proactively resolve issues; * Report status and KPIs to the executive board. ### **Technical Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; * Solid end-to-end experience in construction projects; * Strong knowledge of planning and scheduling; * Hands-on field experience (not solely administrative); * Ability to assess construction projects holistically (timeline, risk, execution); * Willingness and availability for business travel. **Desirable Qualifications (Advantages)** ---------------------------------------- * Experience in commercial construction and renovation projects; * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously; * Experience working in high-volume construction environments with tight deadlines. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Confident, decisive, and dynamic profile; * Natural leadership and influencing ability; * Strategic vision and organizational skills; * Effective communication with both the executive board and teams; * Ability to manage without absorbing operational stress from the site; * Autonomy paired with accountability; * Operational resilience. ### **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Company car * Travel allowance * Profit-sharing program (PL) * Others Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
