We are seeking a **Senior Procurement Analyst**. **Procurement Analyst Position:** * Execute direct and indirect procurement processes, including quotations, negotiations, and purchase order issuance. * Manage and develop suppliers, ensuring quality, delivery timelines, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with internal policies. * Collaborate closely with logistics and distribution teams to ensure adequate operational supply and on-time delivery fulfillment. * Support planning and execution of material and input distribution, considering volumes, routes, and operational demand. * Monitor and control inventory levels, analyzing minimum/maximum thresholds, turnover, stock coverage, and stockouts. * Conduct demand seasonality analyses to support procurement and supply planning during peak periods or operational fluctuations. * Develop consumption forecasts based on historical data, key indicators, and future demand. * Analyze logistics costs, freight, warehousing, and their impact on the department’s budget. * Ensure inventory data accuracy in ERP systems. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement, logistics, distribution, and inventory. * Support continuous improvement of supply chain, logistics, and distribution processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. * Prepare managerial reports and strategic analyses to support decision-making. * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, corporate governance standards, and best practices in procurement and logistics. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in cost and contract analysis, as well as direct and indirect procurement processes. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate/Advanced Excel); ERP systems (SAP, Totvs, Protheus, Oracle, or similar). **Work Days and Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Work Location:** Xangrilá \- Contagem. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Partnership with Sesc * WellHub (Gympass discount for gyms) * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher ***Join our team!*** Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
