A better future? **\#WeAreLear** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in product development and/or project management; * Experience leading teams, directly or indirectly; * Proficiency in Excel; * Knowledge of Power BI is a plus; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Must be a Lear employee and have been in the same position for at least 1 year; * Monthly-paid employees within bands 3A and 3B may apply. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and support the client in external events related to CTO; * Lead CTO advancement meetings with cross-functional teams, record and manage proposals in customer and internal systems; * Support global teams during meetings by providing CTO-related updates; * Lead the technical and financial feasibility analysis of CTO proposals; * Plan and coordinate workshops, discussion forums, and other internal and client-facing events to drive CTO results; * Monitor CTO targets, providing leadership with strategic information for goal setting and progress tracking.
