Location: Belo Horizonte – MG Mode: In-person **About Sorfit** Sorfit, Fit&Pro’s ice cream line, combines great taste and nutrition with high protein content, zero sugar, and low calories. We are expanding our production and seeking an intern to work directly in the factory and logistics operations, focusing on organization, efficiency, and hands-on learning. **Main responsibilities** (always under supervision) Support ice cream production (preparing syrups, filling containers, cleaning and organizing the production area); Request quotations for raw materials and packaging from suppliers; Monitor and update inventory of empty containers, raw materials, and finished products; Pick products for shipments and tasting events; Count and verify products returned from tasting events and retail points; Assist in scheduling and closing out tasting events and sales activities. **Requirements** Currently enrolled in Food Engineering, Production Engineering, or Nutrition; Organized and detail-oriented; Basic spreadsheet knowledge (Google Sheets); Good communication skills and eagerness to learn. **Preferred qualifications** Previous experience (even informal) in production, industrial kitchens, or logistics; Interest in healthy products and the fitness industry; **What we offer** A relaxed and collaborative environment; Direct interaction with the founder and hands-on learning in management and production; Opportunity for growth in operations and healthy food sectors; Position type: Internship Contract duration: 6 months Compensation: R$1,000.00 – R$1,300.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
