If you are looking for a company with a highly specialized team, an excellent organizational climate, and a partner in enhancing its clients’ results, we are ready to accompany you on this journey. **Responsibilities and Duties*** Plan, organize, and supervise activities under your responsibility, in accordance with established specifications and quality standards, ensuring achievement of the Company’s objectives; * Ensure legal compliance of SESMT practices, in accordance with legal requirements; * Supervise area activities by defining priorities and establishing goals and deadlines through work plans, aiming to ensure proper performance and compliance with internal and external standards and procedures; * Inspect conditions of machinery and equipment, requesting their use and repairs when necessary, issuing notices and recommendations to involved parties, aiming to improve safety conditions; * Develop, deliver, and suggest lectures, educational initiatives, and campaigns on SESMT, aiming to raise employees’ awareness regarding accident prevention needs; * Promote campaigns, lectures, and other forms of training to disseminate occupational safety and hygiene standards, as well as to inform and raise employees’ awareness about unhealthy, hazardous, and arduous activities; * Prepare and analyze statistical reports on accidents and inspections, aiming to take corrective action when required; * Request, requisition, and/or acquire inventory items relevant to the department; * Know, apply, promote, and suggest norms and conduct related to occupational safety and environmental preservation, participating in programs promoted by the Company and contributing to the elimination of situations that may represent occupational accident risks or environmental degradation; * Participate in expert assessments and inspections; * Ensure compliance with the schedule for PPRA and PCMSO actions—including periodic examinations, training, SIPATs, ergonomics, and others—ensuring their implementation; * Guide the preparation/update of the Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PPRA), in compliance with Regulatory Standards, aiming to regulate existing environmental risks within the Company, as well as the PPP (Professional Occupational Profile), collecting employees’ personal data and exposure risks, forwarding them to the occupational physician who will issue the medical report for retirement purposes; * Guide inspection, registration, and distribution of fire extinguishers, controlling the emergency system (hydrants and alarms) and expiration dates of charges, forwarding them for external inspection, maintaining them in perfect working condition for emergency situations; * *Prepare and issue demonstrative charts, maps, statistics, and other indicators related to the area for review and action by superiors;* * Train subordinates and participate in personnel management processes (selection, transfers, promotions, and dismissals), aiming to ensure the team’s strong performance and contribution to the Company’s results. * Support the Human Resources Department in assessing training and capacity-building needs for the team; * Conduct and/or support handling of non-conformities; * Assist in executing other departmental activities, where applicable. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Occupational Safety Engineering. * Active CREA registration is mandatory. **Desirable Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office Suite * Familiarity with standards / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 / ISO 9001 is desirable * Advanced Excel and Power BI **Additional Information** At our company, you enjoy comprehensive benefits to care for your health, well-being, professional growth, and quality of life! * **What are the working hours?** From 07:15 to 16:33, Monday through Friday. * **Medical Assistance**: Care for your health. * **Dental Assistance**: A healthy smile guaranteed. * **On-site Meals**: Healthy and delicious meals, evaluated by our Nutritionists. * **Recognition Card**: Monthly attendance bonus. * **Pharmacy Card**: Take care of your health with discounts. * **Shuttle Service or Transportation Allowance**: Easy mobility. * **PLR (Profit Sharing)**: Share in the Company’s profits. * **Life Insurance**: Peace of mind for you and your family. * **Scholarship Policy**: Invest in your future. * **“Who Trusts, Recommends” Program**: Recommend and be rewarded! * **SESI Club**: Leisure and well-being for you and your family, at your fingertips. * **Gympass**: Incentive for your physical health.
