**PATTERNMAKER TOOLMAKER** **FUNCTION ACTIVITIES** Manufacturing patterns from various materials according to customer specifications, adhering to technical, quality, occupational safety, and environmental preservation standards. Creating patterns for wooden or PU resin molds using manual or mechanical tools, enabling their use in casting, manufacturing, or machining of parts—or for other purposes. Performing machining and manual or machine-based fitting operations, also working at the workbench. Cleaning surfaces, polishing, grinding, roughing, boring, milling, turning, planing, threading, bending materials, drilling, planing, sharpening tools, filing, sawing, carving, stamping, engraving, and assembly—according to technical instructions. Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings; performing calculations; possessing solid knowledge regarding application, hardness, and standardization of materials, tools, and industrial equipment. Occasionally constructing patterns and tooling fixtures. Working with high precision, following company directives or specific instructions from the department supervisor. **EXPERIENCE** * Must have experience in wood and PU resin pattern making. * Knowledge of injection mold or stamping tool construction is desirable. * Proficiency in operating conventional lathe and milling machine. * Ability to perform adjustments using rotary files. * Ability to perform manual adjustments using hand files. * Preference for professionals with experience in industrial automation companies. * Completion of a toolmaking course or related training (e.g., milling operator, lathe operator, or mechanical fitter). * Reading and interpretation of mechanical drawings. * Use of general-purpose measuring instruments.
