Job Summary: This Entry-Level Toolmaker position offers the opportunity to support tool manufacturing, assembly, and adjustment, developing technical skills and interpreting engineering drawings. No prior experience required **Job: Entry-Level Toolmaker** **Job Responsibilities** * Support tool and fixture manufacturing, assembly, and adjustment according to direct supervisor’s instructions. * Assist in wood or PU resin modeling using hand tools and process-specific machinery. * Perform basic machining and manual adjustment tasks, such as filing, roughing, polishing, and minor refinements on parts. * Contribute to cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the workbench, tools, equipment, and workplace. * Progressively develop the ability to interpret engineering drawings and accurately use measuring instruments. * Strictly comply with safety, quality, and environmental protection standards. * Assist in performing simple preventive maintenance on tools and fixtures. **Job RequirementsEducation** * Completed high school. * **Preferred:** Basic or Technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Toolmaking, or related fields (completed or in progress). **Experience** * No prior experience required. * Industrial environment experience is a plus. **Knowledge** * Basic understanding of reading and interpreting engineering drawings. * Familiarity with measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. **Behavioral Competencies** * Strong willingness to learn and advance professionally. * Attention to detail and good organizational ability. * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Responsibility and commitment to safety and quality standards.
