If you seek a welcoming environment with opportunities for professional growth, and take pride in contributing to a greater purpose, this position may be ideal for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate Windows operating systems, monitoring application performance and analyzing error logs when applicable; * Perform maintenance and/or forward maintenance requests for systems, providing technical support to internal and external users interacting with the corporate system, answering questions and resolving issues arising during operational use; * Contact suppliers and monitor technical visits to the club, as needed; * Organize and maintain archives of manuals, software, and hardware; * Manage inventory of IT supplies used on the PIC network for replenishment; * Provide technical assistance for installation and operation of IT equipment used at events, upon request; * Safeguard assets under your responsibility, ensuring cleanliness, proper handling, and secure storage; * Stay updated on new procedures and processes relevant to your area of expertise; * Participate in technology-related events, such as seminars, tutorials, and conferences, aimed at professional development and implementation of new IT projects designed to increase productivity and reduce operational costs for the PC; * Support management on matters related to your area of expertise, discussing problems and irregularities and proposing solutions to inform procedural and action decisions; * Perform other related tasks as requested by immediate management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of hardware and networking; * Computer assembly and maintenance; * Proficiency in Windows operating systems, text editors, and spreadsheet applications; * Familiarity with administrative routines and departmental norms/procedures; * Interpersonal skills; * Commitment; * Effective communication; * Dynamism; * Flexibility; * Ability to work in a team; * Proactivity; * Ethics. **Additional Information** * Basic Food Allowance Card; * Meal Allowance / Food Voucher; * Weekend and Holiday Meals; * Daily Snack; * Transportation Voucher or Fuel Voucher; * Happy Day; * UNIMED Health Insurance; * UNIMED Odonto Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance and Funeral Assistance; * SESC Membership; * CDL/BH Benefits Club; * PIC Partnership with PUC Minas; * Childcare Assistance. The **PAMPULHA IATE CLUBE** was born from a dream, conceived to offer a grand and exuberant setting. It is a distinctive club renowned for housing one of the country’s largest sports complexes and vast green areas. Its bold design bears the signature of three great masters: Oscar Niemeyer, Cândido Portinari, and Roberto Burle Marx, whose beautiful gardens frame its more than 70,000 square meters. Sixty years ago, the city paused to await the inauguration of this new club, which took place on January 26, 1961, attended by twenty thousand people, including then-Senator Juscelino Kubitscheck, who served as the ceremony’s patron. The PIC enjoys the highest reputation among Minas Gerais society and is part of the capital’s history. It is nationally known for its sophistication and social importance, having become a benchmark for high-quality leisure — the result of a brilliant past built on solid foundations. Each of the 13 presidents who have led the club has left their mark and worked tirelessly, with love and dedication, for the PIC cause. Over these six decades, much has changed, yet the family-like atmosphere and spirit of friendship remain the primary reasons drawing four generations of members together.
