That’s why we’re looking for an Architectural Project Analyst with an engaged, communicative profile, oriented toward contributing to the technical development and quality of office projects, supporting the team in preparing preliminary and executive projects, with a focus on sports projects—especially Fast Tennis franchise tennis courts. Working in an organized, committed, and collaborative manner, ensuring technical clarity, standardization of deliverables, and support for project decisions, while simultaneously developing practical knowledge, BIM tool proficiency, and continuous professional growth. **Main responsibilities:** * Development of architectural executive projects (floor plans, sections, elevations, and details); * 3D modeling and rendering; * Quantity take-offs and organization of technical drawings; * Support in technical meetings and project presentations; * Organization and standardization of BIM files and projects. **Requirements:** * Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; * Experience with executive projects; * Proficiency in **Archicad (mandatory)**; * Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong technical communication. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with sports projects; * Construction site experience; * English and/or Spanish. ?
