Focus on Quality and Safety in Service Delivery **Job Objective:** Deliver exceptional service to clients with active contracts, acquire new clients, and guide the team to deliver the market's best service—always oriented toward quality and safety in service execution. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Project and Contract Management; * Preparation of technical documentation for electrical projects, systems, and equipment; * Electrical material approval; * Conduct weekly meetings; * Develop, review, and enforce project schedules; * Develop and monitor Action Plans; * Monitor and control project costs; * Fleet management in coordination with the responsible department; * Guide, train, and evaluate subordinates; * Supervise and monitor construction works in the electrical energy sector; * Analyze and resolve technical issues related to the electrical energy sector; * Estimate labor, material, and other related costs for projects and bidding processes. * Compliance with safety standards and regulations applicable to the electrical energy sector; and other related activities as required by the CONTRACTOR.
