This role will be instrumental in implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving processes, ensuring alignment with legal regulations and certifications, while contributing to the development of a safer and more responsible culture through actions that stimulate organizational behavioral change. **Responsibilities and duties** Plan and coordinate QSMS activities at construction sites, ensuring legal and internal compliance; Establish guidelines for contractor management, focusing on accident prevention and electrical risks; Manage PPEs and collective protection equipment from procurement to usage supervision; Develop and execute action plans, preventive programs, training sessions, and awareness campaigns; Conduct mandatory training, onboarding, and continuous skill development; Provide technical support in project analysis for risk mitigation; Monitor performance indicators, propose improvements, and ensure area results; Lead audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards and legislation; Represent the department to clients and regulatory bodies, promoting sustainable practices and a safety culture; Act as an agent of change in safety culture, promoting engagement and safe behavior within teams; Strategically plan QSMS actions with short-, medium-, and long-term vision, including budget and resource forecasting, as well as technical approach. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields * Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering; * Active registration with CREA; * Experience in substations; * Regulatory standards (especially NR\-4; NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-18, NR\-33 and NR\-35\); * Applicable legislation; * Knowledge of ISO 45001; * Driver's license category B; * Proficiency in Office suite; * Intermediate English; * Knowledge of integrated management systems (IMS); * Availability to work at construction sites in the Northeast region. **Differentiators:** * Technical qualification in occupational safety; * Expertise in large-scale projects; * Power BI; * Postgraduate degree in People Management; * Internal or lead auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001; * Previous experience in substations; * Expertise in large-scale projects; * Power BI; * Postgraduate degree in People Management. **Additional information** Meal/food allowance; Accommodation, breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Transportation allowance; Life insurance; Unimed medical plan; Dental plan; Field rotation leave schedule; Total Pass partnership; Uol learning platform (Sapiência)
