***Administrative Assistant – Backoffice (Procurement)***
**We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Procurement (Backoffice) team. We seek an organized, detail-oriented professional with ease in handling administrative processes, responsible for registering and organizing information related to business opportunities with government agencies.**
**Responsibilities:**
* Register and update procurement opportunity information in systems and spreadsheets;
* Register potential consortia and contracts with municipal governments and other public agencies;
* Organize and maintain up-to-date documentation required for participation in procurement processes;
* Monitor deadlines for tender notices and administrative procedures;
* Update company registrations on government procurement portals;
* Prepare tracking controls and reports;
* Support the procurement team in administrative routines and document organization.

**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Public Management, Business Management, Law, or related fields are desirable);
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate-level Excel skills;
* Strong written communication skills;
* Organizational ability, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines;
* Ability to quickly learn new systems.
