Inventory control and cargo distribution Work in the Logistics area, providing administrative support to processes, developing delivery routes, executing product distribution routines, and monitoring deliveries and driver activities; completing and preparing departmental reports and controls; performing inventory control; coordinating cargo distribution to road transporters; updating order portfolio balances, as well as performing other related and inherent duties. Perform administrative and operational logistics support activities. ✓ Complete and prepare departmental reports and controls, and input information into management tools when necessary. ✓ Develop delivery routes and execute systemic routines related to product distribution, as well as monitor deliveries and driver activities. ✓ Enter consumption invoices into the system. ✓ Verify in the system registration information, tax data, and order items upon receipt of goods. ✓ Schedule goods receipt from suppliers for all units. ✓ Issue return invoices to suppliers and carriers. ✓ Control supplier delivery scheduling. ✓ Issue and verify fiscal invoices and coupons. ✓ Receive, forward, and properly archive documents originating from deliveries. ✓ Process delivery manifest write-offs. ✓ Assist in fleet, billing, and manifest-related activities. ✓ Verify materials requested in orders. ✓ Receive and inspect goods, and enter material/product data into the system. ✓ Contact other company departments to resolve return issues. ✓ Print and forward fiscal invoices to the Accounting department for archiving. ✓ Receive fiscal invoices from units and enter them into the system. ✓ Perform inventory control. ✓ Coordinate cargo distribution to road transporters. ✓ Update order portfolio balances. ✓ Issue loading orders. ✓ Analyze the company's overall inventory. ✓ Monitor inventory control and its changes. ✓ Analyze sales history, highlighting product sales volumes to the team. ✓ Locate products not found in inventory. ✓ Complete and prepare departmental reports and controls, and input information into management tools when necessary. ✓ Adjust inventory in the system when required; assist in planning warehouse layout. ✓ Perform administrative and operational logistics support activities. ✓ Reconcile physical inventory with system records and report findings to the manager. ✓ Report damaged, lost, or internally consumed products to the manager and interdepartmental areas. ✓ Prepare tracking spreadsheets. ✓ Perform billing. ✓ Evaluate cuts to locate pending goods. ✓ Process bank payments. ✓ Print tracking reports for managers to monitor goods dispatches. ✓ Prepare courier packages for drivers to perform deliveries correctly.
