We are looking for a **Freight Analyst** to support the structuring and improvement of logistics processes, ensuring data reliability and supporting strategic decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** Strategic Negotiation and Contracting: Responsible for prospecting, negotiating, and contracting third-party carriers and drivers. The primary focus is establishing competitive freight rate tables and continuously seeking operational cost reduction, ensuring commercial partnerships remain sustainable and profitable for the business. Freight Management and Audit: Manages the entire freight payment cycle. This includes meticulous invoice auditing and verification of freight rate tables to ensure every cent charged complies with agreed terms. A critical pillar of this role is performing financial gain calculations on CT\-e (over-management), safeguarding the financial health and profitability of transportation operations. Logistics, Operations, and Claims: Monitors operational execution through delivery auditing and incident management (e.g., rejections, redeliveries, and returns). Responsible for managing and auditing indemnification processes with carriers in cases of damage or loss, protecting company assets and ensuring appropriate reimbursement. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitors and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs), with special emphasis on OTIF (On\-Time In\-Full), Freight Reconciliation, and Gain vs. Loss balance per CT\-e. Manages Reverse Logistics flow and consolidates these data into management reports and dashboards, providing decision-support material for executive leadership. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Must have experience in transportation routines, invoice verification, or contracting of drivers/carriers. * ERP system knowledge; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Knowledge of transportation documents (CT\-e, MDF\-e, and Danfe); * Basic freight calculation knowledge; * Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized profile; strong communication skills and logical reasoning; * Proactive problem-solving ability. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \- 08:00 to 18:00 Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3\.500,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
