Job Summary: Collect healthcare and industrial waste, focusing on organization, communication, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork with the driver for waste collection. 2. Customer interaction and use of the application for recordkeeping. 3. Vehicle maintenance and use of PPE. Perform healthcare and industrial waste collection together with the Driver using company vehicles. **Responsibilities:** * Collect healthcare and industrial waste. Verify the route and plan with the driver before departure. * Coordinate with the driver to determine the optimal route execution strategy. * Recheck the route across the entire city/neighborhood/region before departure to ensure all customers are served; weigh the collected waste in front of the customer. * Complete the delivery note and request the customer's signature. * Use the APP to register collections. Be polite and courteous toward both external and internal customers. * Keep the vehicle cargo organized together with the driver. * Report any changes to routes (roads, cities, itineraries, customer needs, issues, difficulties). * Maintain vehicle cleanliness. * Inspect and maintain collective protective equipment (CPE) onboard the vehicle before any movement. * Inspect, maintain, and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). * Keep "CLOSED LOCATION" notices in the vehicle to place at customer sites when they are absent. * Assist the driver with any maneuvering tasks. * Assist the driver in verifying door locking. Unload the truck at the end of the day in designated areas: healthcare and industrial waste. * Undertake business-related travel within Minas Gerais state as required. **Mandatory Requirements:** No prior experience required. High school diploma. Proficiency in using mobile applications. **Required Attributes:** Customer service skills. Good physical condition. Strong communication skills. Agility and dynamic work performance. Focused/defensive attention. **Desirable Requirements:** Driver's License Category B
