**Labcor** is looking for a **Mid-Level Systems Analyst** to join our IT team. **Responsibilities:** * Administer and perform maintenance on SQL databases. * Provide support, configuration, and maintenance for ERP systems with payroll modules, especially in an industrial environment. * Participate in the deployment and management of internal ticketing systems. * Develop and implement automation routines to optimize processes and reduce rework. * Create and customize ERP reporting tools (similar to Crystal Reports) to meet business area demands. * Identify business needs and propose technical solutions. * Support end users with training, documentation, and level 2/3 support. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary IT and business teams. **Essential Requirements:** * Proven experience with SQL databases. * Proven experience with ERP and payroll systems in an industrial context. * Proven experience deploying internal ticketing systems. * Proven experience in process automation (scripts, RPA, or related tools). * Experience developing ERP reports using tools similar to Crystal Reports. * Intermediate English (for technical reading, communication, and documentation). **Education:** Bachelor's degree in IT (Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields).
