* Responsible for analyzing, adjusting, and monitoring claims/events processes, ensuring accurate damage assessment, repair cost evaluation, and adherence to internal procedures. Acts from event opening through closure, ensuring compliance, service quality, and financial control. MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Reassess events (claims), verifying parts, services performed, and consistency of submitted information. - Evaluate the event and vehicle repair, ensuring procedures align with company guidelines. - Request the Events Analyst to bill the quota to the member; payment may be made directly to the workshop or to the member. - Forward processes to the Buyer for parts quotation after initial technical analysis. - Authorize repairs with the workshop, ensuring no service begins before quota settlement. - Analyze and manage parts supplementation processes when new damages are identified during vehicle disassembly, restarting the approval workflow. - Monitor the entire claim process, ensuring deadlines, quality, and alignment among involved parties. - Validate final repair via analysis of photos submitted by the workshop, releasing the settlement certificate upon approval. - Ensure that, after the member's signature, the workshop forwards the settlement certificate and invoice (NF) to the finance department. - Record damaged parts in the system, classifying them according to the following situations: - Repair authorization - Repair cost below quota (advising member on private repair) - Total indemnification (VFI \- Financially Unviable Vehicle / total loss) - Participate, together with coordination and supervision, in total loss analysis. - Conduct online quality inspections, requesting additional information and images as needed. * Knowledge of claims and adjustment processes Basic understanding of automotive mechanics Analytical ability and attention to detail Negotiation and communication skills Process organization and control.
