**Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Support the coordinator and manager in monitoring performance indicators; Conduct internal and external audits; Record, analyze, and track non-conformities; Prepare quality indicator reports; Monitor customer service and consultants' performance; Act as the interface with the Customer Service Center (SAC) and complaint platforms; Support complaint resolution, ensuring timely responses; Contribute to team training; Control and monitor training activities; Ensure organization and updating of documents (SOPs, standards, and records); Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen); Ensure compliance with internal policies. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; **Prior experience in quality management is required;** Strong communication and teaching skills; Analytical and organized profile; Knowledge of processes and continuous improvement; Desirable: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Quality Management, or Production Engineering; Experience with quality processes in the retail sector; Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, 5S, Ishikawa, etc.); Basic knowledge of Excel and Power BI; Driver's license category B. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Commissions, Private pension, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
