Job Summary: A professional responsible for shipping, receiving, inspection, and storage of goods, as well as customer service and inventory organization. Key Highlights: 1. Perform shipping, receiving, inspection, and storage of goods; issue fiscal invoices; handle warranty and casing processes; conduct rotating inventory; and carry out other tasks as required. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Customer service for internal and external customers; * Pick, inspect, issue fiscal invoices (NFs), and manage goods transfers; * Store goods, record fiscal invoices (NFs), receive and attend suppliers, and process returns; * Provide customers with information regarding product warranties and casings; * Participate in and assist with inventory activities; * Organize and clean the warehouse. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; basic computer skills; Microsoft Office suite proficiency. **Additional Information** **Preferred Qualifications:** Previous experience in logistics or related responsibilities. Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
