Key responsibilities include: Food preparation assistance: helping prepare simple dishes or completing orders. Team support: collaborating with chefs and management to maintain service efficiency. Workspace organization: maintaining cleanliness and order in service and work areas, including appliances, cabinets, freezers and refrigerators, utensils, tables, counters, dining area, and restrooms. Inventory control: monitoring supplies, restocking items, and reporting when replenishment is needed. Compliance with sanitary regulations: adhering to hygiene and food safety standards established by legislation. Food handling, cleaning of fruits, vegetables, and legumes, meat cutting. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Days off: Sundays and national holidays.
