Review the responsibilities and benefits of the **Security Guard (PCD)** position below and join this successful team! **Your Mission:** * Infrastructure and building maintenance management (electrical, hydraulic, civil, air conditioning, and area preservation); * Monitoring and supervision of outsourced services such as cleaning, security, front desk, and landscaping; * Support in cost control and resource optimization related to facilities activities; * Coordination and guidance of in-house and outsourced teams; * Inventory control of cleaning supplies, including procurement, storage, and ensuring availability for staff; * Management and monitoring of timekeeping for staff in front desk, cleaning, and building maintenance departments; * Support and monitoring of corporate security-related activities; * Monitoring and oversight of night shift security guards’ work, especially at the headquarters in Contagem\-MG; * Tracking and monitoring of electronic patrol log entries, demonstrating daily patrol frequency for both in-house and outsourced teams; * Ensuring that services are performed by in-house and outsourced teams in compliance with internal standards, DOS, and ISO; * Monitoring and maintenance of surveillance systems, including cameras and alarms; * Operational support to branches, ensuring proper functioning of facilities and equipment; * Monitoring of safety regulations and operational compliance; * Administrative Management support. **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree + Relevant experience in the role. **Benefits:** + Transportation allowance + On-site meals + Meal voucher + Unimed health plan + OdontoPrev dental plan + Life insurance + Pharmacy discount program + Courses through Fenabrave University + Gympass membership + Uniform **Interested?** **Click the link below: I want to apply**
