Source original, similar, or compatible parts according to needs and contracted coverage. Negotiate prices, delivery times, and commercial terms to ensure efficiency and cost savings. Assess supplier reliability and delivery history. Monitor the logistics of part deliveries to the repair shop or designated location, ensuring deadlines are met. Assist in managing returned or exchanged parts due to incompatibility. Collaborate with authorized repair shops, appraisers, and claims adjusters. Work closely with claims adjustment, logistics, and finance departments. Ensure all acquisitions comply with Aston's guidelines, legal regulations, and internal procedures. Uphold ethics, transparency, and integrity in all negotiations.
