This recognition reflects our commitment to our employees' well-being and our relentless pursuit of excellence and impact in everything we do. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Support the development of highway infrastructure projects (construction, expansion, and rehabilitation of highways); + Assist in developing road geometry design projects: plan layout, longitudinal profile, and cross-sections; + Participate in geotechnical studies: soil analysis, field tests, quarries, occurrences, and borrow materials; + Support hydrological studies for drainage structure sizing; + Contribute to the development of surface and deep drainage projects (culverts, gutters, ditches, and channels); **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering (from the 4th semester onward); * Basic knowledge of surveying, road geometry, and technical drawing; * Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD or Civil 3D); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical capacity; * Availability for an in-person internship in Belo Horizonte/MG. **BENEFITS** * Meal Allowance * Corporate University * Networking Opportunities * Human-centered and collaborative culture Would you like to work at a major company whose mission is to positively impact **people's lives**?
