Come develop, learn, and grow with us! **DETAILS:** * Position: Contract Assistant * Working Hours: 08:00 to 17:00 * Work Location: Belo Horizonte - MG * Employment Type: CLT + benefits **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or ongoing higher education in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; * Previous experience with contract processes and routines in administrative, commercial, or operational areas; * Intermediate level of Microsoft Office. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Create and update commercial documents and contracts following legal guidelines; * Verify data, signatures, filing, and sharing of finalized documents; * Attend internal clients and suppliers via phone, email, and digital platforms; * Register and update supplier information on digital platforms; * Develop and maintain control spreadsheets and schedules for contracts managed by the department; * Facilitate communication between client requests (internal and external) and the legal department.
