**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Conduct metric surveys and photographic documentation of spaces for developing technical projects related to surfacing, carpentry, and countertops;
* Develop executive technical drawings oriented toward production takeoffs;
* Prepare and review pagination maps according to internal atelier standards;
* Develop technical details and cutting drawings for production;
* Review and correct technical drawings, ensuring compliance with established standards;
* Quantify materials for budgeting and procurement planning;
* Collaborate as part of a team, supporting other departments across the company.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed or ongoing degree in Architecture; Interior Design; Building Construction Technology; Engineering; or related fields;
* Ability to read and interpret industrial drawings;
* Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software;
* Capacity to maintain focus during repetitive review tasks, ensuring final quality;
* Responsibility, organization, attention to detail, and schedule flexibility.
