Organization, Proactivity, and Commitment Cetus Construtora has an open opportunity for a Construction Site Supervisor — a professional responsible for monitoring and supervising construction site activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, service quality, and team alignment. **SALARY: R$4\.000** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Supervise and guide construction teams; \- Monitor service execution according to schedule and project plans; \- Assign tasks and monitor team productivity; \- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards; \- Support material, tool, and equipment control on site; \- Conduct daily supervision of work fronts; \- Report activity progress to the site engineering team; \- Ensure site organization and smooth operation. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Proven experience in this role; \- Experience in civil construction projects; \- Ability to read and interpret project drawings; \- Leadership and team management skills; \- Organization, proactivity, and commitment; \- Must reside in Belo Horizonte with easy access to the Mangabeiras region, for onsite work in that area. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** \- Experience in medium- and large-scale public construction projects; \- Knowledge of planning and execution control; \- Training courses in civil construction or occupational safety. **WE OFFER:** \- Meal Allowance (VA): R$ 355.00 \+ Food Voucher (VR): R$ 23.30; \- Transportation Allowance (VT) or Fuel Assistance; \- Overtime Pay; \- Growth Opportunities. **Location:** Praça Governador Israel Pinheiro (Praça do Papa) – Belo Horizonte/MG **Working Hours:** Mon–Thu: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Fri: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Compensation: R$2\.082,14 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel Assistance * Meal Allowance * Food Voucher * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
