Job Summary: A professional responsible for assembling and processing biological products in accordance with company quality specifications and standards. Key Highlights: 1. Processing and selection of grafts, pericardia, and valves **JOB MISSION:** Perform assembly operations for products for which the employee has been trained, following the specifications defined by the Company. **FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Apply biological coating to the polyester-coated ring, following established manufacturing processes. · Assemble components by manually suturing leaflets to the coated ring, in accordance with the department's work instructions. · Conduct pre-tests on valves, in accordance with current guidelines, to determine whether to continue or halt the production process. · Shape valves when necessary by inserting cotton into the leaflets to ensure proper closure. · Process grafts, pericardia, and valves in accordance with work instructions to meet required specifications. · Select and assemble products such as grafts, valves, and conduits in accordance with work instructions to meet required specifications. · Select leaflets by measuring and verifying thickness, shape, and coloration to ensure compliance with work instructions. · Clean selected leaflets to remove excess biological material prior to suturing leaflets or valves onto the conduit. **Responsibilities:** * Make products available for verification by Leadership. * Record information related to produced products, in accordance with requirements specified by the Quality Management System (QMS). * Complete all forms required by the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of company processes. * Identify non-conforming situations and products, and promptly report potential deviations to immediate Leadership to prevent adverse impact on the Quality Management System (QMS).
