Our goal is to be the first choice for all our partners and the benchmark for trust among our consumers. **Our Principles:** * Integrity in life and at work. * Taking initiative and executing well. * Valuing people and partners. * Customer focus and value creation. * Learning quickly and continuously evolving. * Open-mindedness toward innovation and technology. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct quotations, comparative analyses, and negotiations with suppliers * Issue and track purchase orders, ensuring agreed timelines and terms * Monitor deliveries, addressing deviations in schedule, quality, and quantity * Develop, evaluate, and approve suppliers * Continuously seek cost reduction and improved commercial terms * Ensure supply aligned with operational needs * Monitor and analyze procurement KPIs * Maintain up-to-date product and supplier records in the ERP system * Support internal departments (production, logistics, finance); comply with internal policies, compliance requirements, and contracts * Contribute to inventory management and ensure appropriate stock rotation (FIFO) **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. * Experience in procurement and supply chain processes * Practical experience in supplier negotiation and cost analysis * Experience in preparing, analyzing, and comparing quotations * Tools: Excel – intermediate/advanced level * ERP systems * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) **Behavioral Profile** * Strong communication skills * Proactivity * Agility * Ability to negotiate and influence Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
