Then register now and become a Getraker! **Main Responsibilities:** Provide customer support via email, WhatsApp, and phone, emphasizing speed and quality; Extract tracking data and configure devices; Support area analysts in operational and customer service activities; Perform internal vehicle inspection routines; Assist in conducting and monitoring quarterly NPS surveys. Open and track support tickets. **Technical Requirements:** Familiarity with Zendesk/Jira tools (Preferred); Knowledge of advanced vehicle telematics (Preferred); Knowledge of tracking devices (Preferred). **Behavioral Profile:** Strong verbal and written communication skills; Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing routines; Organized and collaborative mindset.
