PCP Analyst

Job Summary: The professional will manage and plan the production flow, anticipate risks, quantify resources, and ensure the effectiveness of manufacturing and assembly planning. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and control of production for industrial machinery and equipment 2. Risk analysis, resource quantification, and plan monitoring 3. Preparation and control of technical documentation and participation in inventories RESPONSIBILITIES Anticipate risk analyses regarding deadlines, material arrivals, and other situations to propose effective plans; Quantify necessary resources to meet quality, deadlines, and scope of deliverables; Define which manufacturing processes raw materials must undergo, quantify estimated hours required for each transformation and assembly activity, and monitor planning effectiveness; Perform production flow planning considering, but not limited to, machine load/hour and man-hour analysis; Conduct follow-up on internal and external supply deliveries to ensure adherence to agreed deadlines; Participate, as directed by the PCP coordination team, in project kick-off, progress, and closing meetings to present and ensure information accuracy; Prepare, issue, and control technical documentation related to production planning and control; procedures, instructions, forms, and other SGQ documents applicable to assigned deliverables; Participate in and support inventory planning, execution, and closure. EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree completed in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. Technical education in a field related to this position. Driver's License Category B. SKILLS: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP system knowledge; Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical, electrical, and fluid (pneumatic, hydraulic) drawings; Knowledge of MS-Project; (Desirable).
