This role will be central to ensuring HR projects are standardized per matrix guidelines and that leadership is aligned with such guidelines. A data- and KPI-driven focus will enhance decision accuracy and ensure projects remain aligned with strategic goals, driving consistent and sustainable results for Clube do Valor. **WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU** Currently enrolled in or completed undergraduate studies (Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields) * Experience with business and/or commercial projects; * Experience with HR KPIs; * Analytical, adaptable, dynamic, agile, and pragmatic profile. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** Protect, promote, and strengthen our Culture; * Act as a strategic partner alongside the team, identifying potential improvements across departments and leading projects; * Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the unit’s performance; * Generate HR KPI and metric reports to provide insights, supporting leaders in data-driven decision-making; * * Drive improvements and innovations in HR processes, optimizing them to be agile and effective in meeting leadership and employee needs. **OUR BENEFITS** **HEALTH** * **Conexa Saúde:** We value mental health care, so we cover up to 4 therapy sessions per month. * **Health Insurance:** We value our employees’ health!
