Job Summary:
Responsible for issuing invoices, managing collections, validating commercial data, and fully managing export processes, maintaining contact with customers and internal stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Issue **sales invoices for equipment and parts**, including export operations.
* Generate bank slips, produce collection files, and monitor processing with banks.
* Validate commercial data prior to invoicing (customer, product, taxes, terms).
* Monitor billing and receipts, ensuring deadlines are met and corrections made when necessary.
* Manage **export processes**, from quotation to shipment:
* issuance of proforma invoices
* verification of data with international customers
* coordination of production and picking
* freight quotation and contracting
* tracking of shipments and legal documentation
* Maintain contact with **Latin American customers** via e\-mail, aligning expectations and clarifying questions regarding billing, deadlines, and documentation.
* Coordinate with commercial, logistics, accounting, and finance departments.
**Mandatory Requirements**
* Degree in **Accounting Sciences**.
* Experience with **billing of parts and equipment**, preferably in small or medium-sized companies.
* Knowledge of **tax legislation applicable to sales and exports**.
* Practical experience issuing invoices, bank slips, and performing tax-related routines.
* Ability to manage deadlines, multiple tasks, and a dynamic environment.
* Advanced Spanish is desirable

Compensation: R$6\.000,00 \- R$7\.200,00 per month
