Job Summary: The Operations Driver Instructor conducts driving tests, trains drivers, performs vehicle inspections, and ensures fleet safety and quality, serving as a technical and behavioral reference. Leadership and educational attitude with a focus on safety. **JOB DESCRIPTION** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Conduct** practical driving tests **for driver candidates, supporting the Recruitment and Selection process;** * Perform **monitoring and training of newly hired drivers**; * Support the **Safety and Quality department**, conducting vehicle inspections and **monthly checklists**; * Assist in **identifying potential electrical and mechanical issues**, supporting maintenance activities; * Contact **dealerships to source new vehicles** and monitor **technical delivery**; * Conduct **technical training on new vehicles** for fleet drivers; * Deliver **practical and theoretical training** focused on **eco-driving and defensive driving**; * Support drivers in **roadside emergency situations**, when necessary; * Participate in **internal and external meetings**; * Operate **truck or trailer vehicles**, as required by operational needs; * Record and track **services and training delivered** within the department. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Completed High School **Qualification:** * **Driving School Instructor** certification **Residence Location:** * Matozinhos * Capim Branco * Pedro Leopoldo **Driver's License: Category E.** **Prior experience as a Category E instructor is desirable.** **Mandatory Training:** * Defensive Driving * MOPP * Eco-Driving * Introductory / Onboarding Training * F-Line Instructor Training * Team Leadership * Brake Adjustment Experience * Minimum of **6 months** in this role or related activities **Expected Skills and Attitudes** * Clear and objective communication * Leadership and educational attitude * Flexibility and adaptability * Strong interpersonal skills * Responsibility, ethics, and safety focus **Job Differentiator** The Operations Driver Instructor serves as a **technical and behavioral reference**, playing an essential role in accident prevention, conduct standardization, and continuous driver development.
