Job Summary: We are seeking professionals with experience in shipping or logistics to perform order and merchandise control, as well as logistics support, ensuring efficient organization and communication. Document organization and system updates **We are looking for candidates with prior experience in the following activities.** **Responsibilities and duties:** **Order entry and verification.** **Control of merchandise inbound and outbound.** **Order tracking and delivery deadline monitoring.** **Communication with carriers and support to the logistics team.** **Organization of shipping documents.** **Updating spreadsheets and internal systems.** **Assisting in resolving order discrepancies.** **Requirements and qualifications:** **Prior experience in shipping or logistics.** **Completed high school education (college enrollment in progress is desirable).** **Basic/intermediate computer skills (Excel, ERP systems).** **Residence in Belo Horizonte \- MG or nearby cities.** **Working hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.** **Work mode: On-site.** **Employment type: CLT contract.** **Fixed salary \+ benefits.** Job type: Full-time Compensation: R$1\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
