Job Summary: Assist in the entire R&S process, onboarding, and training activities, conduct exit interviews, support organizational climate initiatives, and execute HR department routines. Opportunity for professional development in HR and HR department Assist in the entire R\&S process with active participation in candidate scheduling, interview support, and feedback delivery to candidates, ensuring timely closure of selection processes. Assist in onboarding and introductory training activities as scheduled. Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback regarding observed metrics. Support organizational climate initiatives according to the company's event calendar. Monitor and manage working hours bank, performing daily electronic time clock entries. Execute hiring and termination processes, including scheduling of ASO (Occupational Health Certificate) when required. Generate payroll in the system and issue payment slips. Manage employee benefits. Input data into the E\-social system. Perform various HR-related tasks, such as collecting signatures, archiving documents, and providing assistance to employees. Desired qualifications: Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Proven work experience (with formal employment record). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to conduct interviews and train employees. Proactive profile. Familiarity with NG Mastermaq system. Familiarity with iPoint system. Knowledge of all E\-social and SOC routines.
