Want to join a journey of evolution, growth, intense execution, and results focus? **Come join Sólides — this is your place.** Our mission is to transform companies through people, and we seek an LDR Assistant to support us in this mission. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Researching and enriching contact data of Sólides’ potential customers; * Contributing to CRM data organization; * Supporting the Marketing team with inbound lead analysis and improvement suggestions; * Organizing information into spreadsheets. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially spreadsheets; * Analytical ability; * Adaptability to change and results orientation; * Strong time management skills; * Discipline and focus to work efficiently in a remote environment; * Curiosity when searching for information; * Attention to detail; * Analytical mindset, process-oriented; * Good communication and teamwork skills. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Familiarity with Pipedrive, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms; * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field; * Critical thinking and problem-solving focus. **Still unsure whether Sólides is the right place for you?
